The bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable. Beautiful large windows and high ceilings! But that isn’t what makes Hotel Astoria special - it’s the staff. They are welcoming and kind and truly go above and beyond for their guests, four-legged friends included! I would return to Genoa just to be able to return to this gem of a hotel.

Expect great facilities such as a rooftop terrace and free Wi-Fi internet. the hotel staff was very helpful in arranging a taxi to collect me at Sarzana station and take me back to the station - Riccardo made it all happen and i was very grateful for this exceptional service ( as i was a woman who travelled alone)

Featuring a spa, the Astoria is a family-run 4-star hotel at the start of Rapallo's seaside promenade. Rarely do I rate a hotel so highly, but this place has it all: a great, helpful staff (everyone was amazing), a terrific location, an extremely spacious room, cleaning/sanitizing standards that were extremely thorough, a breakfast that was hearty and full of selection, and parking on-site.

Doria Park Hotel offers free parking and is just outside the pedestrian area, only 2 minutes’ walk from Lerici historic centre via a staircase. This is our second stay at Doria Park Hotel and it was our great pleasure and luck to be in the same room as the last year. The size of the room might seem not big but its completely sufficient and comfortable. The service is always at the level and the view is breathtaking. The breakfast is rich, delicious and fresh. Wish we could stay more.

Everything, from the welcoming, to the private parking, the welcome snack and drink of local products nicely prepared for us, the amazing ocean view from our room, the perfect location to explore the area, the friendliness of the host, the softness of the mattress, the cleanliness and comfort of the room, and finally the details in the room made this a highlight of our holiday in Italy.
